It was wonderful to see so many dancers from across the globe Unite in Dance by supporting the LDF Reach Out Day in our aim to highlight Mental Health Awareness. In these uncertain times we need to keep supporting the vulnerable and let them know they are not alone! The Linedance Family is a wonderful unique group and on days like this, I am busting with pride to be part of it. Thank you all so much for your continued support. Stay Safe - Stay Positive πŸ’–

Even my Absolute Beginner dancers enjoyed this dance. They did not find it difficult at all. All the dancers love the dance.

What an emotional moment! Overwhelmed but equally happy and proud to be a part of the Reach Out for Mental Health Awareness dance. Well done to each and every person who took part too. Not forgetting Mr Dave Sheriff for the outstanding updated song to capture the true worldwide meaning of the words 'Reach Out' xx Much Love to one and all

Having not danced since March, with no classes back up and running yet, I took part yesterday, to show that it doesn’t matter where you are, or what you are doing at the time, dancing makes life better. I danced in the waters edge at Weston-super-Mare, whilst on a break away from home and work for a few days.

The Rainbow Line Dancers in Johannesburg understand what it feels like to be 'locked up' during covid-19 - so many of our students are more mature and felt the suffering of NOT being able to mix with our friends and enjoy the exercise and mental stimulation of LINE DANCING! Now we can share our excitement of being with other dancers....... Leon

The LDF's "Reach Out for Mental Health Awareness" was the theme for 2020 but we never expected it to be so needed since COVID19 became a part of our lives. This pandemic has had such an affect on our dance community and many of us have felt helpless. Making this video created a way to be a part of a worldwide effort, a simple way to connect with our dance family while bringing awareness for Mental Health and the LDF. It was great to be able to share the experience with my local dance family while at the same time share it with our entire dance community. Thanx LDF xo

2020 will be remembered as a stressful year for everyone. We have all had our struggles and just needed to know that there is always someone there to turn to. The fact that we have all got involved shows how much love and support our dance family has for each other and everyone else. Im so proud to have been a part of this x

I was proud and happy to take part in helping deliver this important message today. A day, when the world of line dance UNITED IN DANCE to let those suffering from mental health issues know that we care and we understand. We all hope the our message will encourage people to come forward, to reach out and to ask for help.
