Beautiful dance and track kim

Taught this great dance to my Improver, Intermediate class, lovely response. This is a great dance to a lovely piece of music. I`m sure the dance floor will be filled dancing to this.

A good steady country Improver dance with lots of hold steps something the country artistes might pick up.

Taught today by request. Not an easy teach first time but I am sure it will get better.

Not my kind of music but a great easy and apt dance for the summer months when so many on holiday or away I know my classes will love it. It will bring back a lot of memories for many and always an easy teach if they know the lyrics.

I love the Ria Vos one to the same name but recognise its too hard for most of my dancers so pleased to see something easier as I know they will love the music. Similar tempo/music to Northbound Flame so nice and steady no difficult steps and oddly no tags or restarts? Presume this is deliberate just seems odd when so used to hearing the music. Will give it a go next week see if its a thumbs up.

Thanks to Lorna for posting a review on this I would have missed it. Perfect for the summer great beat easy steps with a good thump. Esmeralda must have a long kitchen though! Tiny steps needed for the ext vine. Like the chasse half turn hold to the right as most are to the left so good practice for the beginners. I think some hand movements of drinking wine might be in order too. WE LOVED IT!

I'll be adding this to my Absolute Beginner pile for future use when an influx of newbies arrive. Always handy to have new easy stuff in reserve 👌

Teaching this one this week. Catchy track, it helps that half of the choreography is described in the song saves me calling out the first half of the dance (stomp & twists, 4 back taps with a clap) 😂 Nothing to dislike in this dance. Well done!

I just love this 20 count AB dance which flows so well despite the straight forward steps. No tags or restarts but matches the music very well. Doesn't feel like the type of beginner dances I have seen recently but is more smooth and accomplished which may be enjoyed by more experienced dancers. Why not take a look, it may surprise you as it did me.

Sort of grows on you. Butterflys bit different with back steps all easy steps no tags or restarts nice easy summer dance.

Good easy dance to introduce shuffle half turns and rambles. Steady track no tags or restarts.

Cup Of Joy .. just learn this no matter what level of dancer you are .. every now and then an easy dance comes along that is simple but simply hits the track and lyrics perfectly! Joyful to dance and the track happy but meaningful too so a winning combo!

A "Portland" never disappoints .. just the right combination of steps at just the right level to pull lots of dancers in hooked up to a catchy popular track with this Sweet Dreams track as no exception . arguably the BEST track of the 80's but in any case a gem of a dance and long may this be seen on a dance floor!

A very good lively 64 count dance. 1 easy restart. Great country song too. Just love it.

Easy but lively to a honky tonky track I like the left K Step as beginners get too used to right one so good for the brain and a nice 1/4 turn monteray for practice. On the to do list.

Lovely dance first 16 counts make you think a bit and good to see some less usual step sequences. Super track one of those you like more and more. No tags or restarts hurrah possibly High Improver? Best not listen to the lyrics quite sad.

This is our 'Blast From The Past' dance this month. We LOVED it back then and Love it equally as much now. Maddison at her finest. Keep this dance alive.

On my teach list. I particularly like the first two sequences of weaves with heel hooks, a different way to end a weave. It's Country too which will go down well with the gang.

A real cracker of a dance so enjoyable cant wait to dance it some lovely steps in it section 3 a bit tricky. Like the drag tap stomp sequence.

Its popular but cant bring myself to teach it never liked the original and dislike this version even more. It will do well I am sure.

So good to finally get a dance that fits to this track. Enjoyable with the arm waving and the oh oh oh malarky. Nothing hard just enjoyable with easy restarts. Taught today and most got it by the third time. It is quite nippy more so than you first think. The tags and step change fit beautifully a well crafted dance hope it stays in the charts for a while.
