Hi Cooke, I am pretty sure from your description that you are talking about a different dance. Chances are you are thinking of a danced called Horsin' Around by Dick and Geneva Matteis. Horsin Around was created when dances were often only known by the music and not the actual name of the dance and choreographers where seldom if ever mentioned. Horsin' Around was "commonly known and accepted " as Trashy Women. There were many dances to this song and the script for this Trashy Women by Pat Eodice is probably not the one you are thinking of.

This dance is quite old at least 15 years. However the steps as shown are not correct. The dance should start with the heel touches first then the switch followed by the vines. The dance can be seen on U tube performed by at least 4 teams of line dancers, posted in 2010 and 2015 etc.
