Fabulous dance...!! I've been doing this a few weeks now and it's gone down really well. Even those in class who don't usually don't like waltzes, love it. Not only that, but the music and lyrics are really nice to listen to as well. Don't let the lunges put anyone off doing it. For those with more elderly, or people in class with dodgy knees, I've given them the option of doing a rise instead of the lunges. It's easy to take some of the turns out as well, without taking it away from the dance. Can highly recommend..
