Great little Easy Improver dance which would also be suitable for beginners who are moving towards improver level. Fits well to the music with a couple restarts which are easy to do and a good way to get newer dancers started with restarts.

Great little dance our class loved it, the three re-starts fell into place nicely without any difficultly.

A dance that flows well and fits beautifully to the music . The track is an oldie by Billy Swan to the same name - I Can Help. This should prove popular with many dancers and I think the groups could well pick up on it.
Our group picked the dance up quickly and found the 3 re-starts easy to do. This is a dance that I'm sure will be popular within our group.
