Most of my class are enjoying this fairly fast and frantic Latin styled dance although it has taken a few weeks to really sink in with some. The jump forward & hook, and jump back and sweep can easily be changed to a normal rock recover for those feeling less energetic. However, the original choreography really captures the feel of the music at this point, so I'd recommend giving it a try. Once you've cleared section 5, the rest of the dance is relatively straightforward.
