It's so nice to find a fun, upbeat track for the AB'S to dance to and this one fits the bill. A sing-a-long option for those newbies who can multitask! And a proper cardio workout too!!! We need more dances like these to get interest for the younger dancers out there instead of having to go through the archives to find gems like this one.

This is a great wee dance and not only for ABBA fans. It is a good body workout too and I look forward to teaching it my beginners class. Well done, Ross, you have a winner here!
