Was asked to look at this by someone and I remember taking a look when it first came out. Love the Mavericks track and its an easy flowing dance but not an Abs one in my opinion too many holds and turns think it should be a 2 wall for an Ab or better still re-categorize it as a beginner one. My beginner class enjoyed it but some found the 1/4 turn after the kick then hold and 1/2 turn hard to start with and they have been dancing a while. I know all my other classes will enjoy it as a catchy fun warm up. Certainly worth doing.
