It looks a lot harder than it actually is :)
I have taught it in business events now twice and people have learned it ok. The rock-kick combo might need to be taught first without the kick, with just a cross rock recover x2. And people need to practice with slower music before the Cha cha cha song by Käärijä. Otherwise can definately be taught to people without any previous experience in 30 minutes and with the Cha Cha Cha song.

I have never seen an Ab Beginner be able to do this but it would be wonderful if I could find a bunch of them
