My beginners love this one - nice to have a change from the usual beginner dances of grapevines, walks etc. Really good and not too challenging but interesting.

Taught this to my improvers last night - 2 min teach as the step patterns are familiar from other dances. Instant hit, they loved the music and the moves are interesting without being difficult, a dance you can really relax with. They loved the crossing toe struts as you "dip your toes in the river of life" too. Makes a nice cool-down. Highly recommended. Thanks to Gaye.

I have been teaching this to my beginners for some time and it is now one of their favourites. A true beginner dance with only one turn, no extras but still interesting. Smashing track by Billy Currington too.
